Vera Tzenova joined TAG Energy in August 2010. Her responsibilities include origination, analysis, structuring and execution of transactions within the power, utilities, renewables, power transmission and energy technology space. Prior to joining TAG Energy, Ms. Tzenova was with CIT Energy advising companies in the power, utilities, renewables and energy technology space on debt and equity financings. She joined TAG Energy with eight years of experience in the energy industry. From 2005 to 2008, Ms. Tzenova was an associate at Deutsche Bank’s Natural Resources Group where she provided financing and strategic advisory services to midstream, power and utility companies. Prior to her time at Deutsche Bank, Ms. Tzenova was with New Harbor focusing on power and utilities mergers & acquisitions advisory. She began her career at JPMorgan’s Power & Utilities Investment Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups in New York. Ms. Tzenova earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University, and an intermediate degree in Economics from the University of Heidelberg, Germany.
